Almost doing everything I expected of it. A couple small things would make it just that little bit better.
The striker plate for the blade needs to be about 3mm longer in the crutch of the cutter so that smaller branches get cut through. Currently the small gap in this area means smaller branches are not being cut cleanly.
Some guides for the cord to stop it getting tangled up in the hardware on each joint. Can be a pain in the *rse the way the cord tangles up when extended.
But otherwise doing the job easily.

This piece of equipment is just what I needed. It was easy to assemble and easy to use. I have used it to lop branches that were seven metres high. It did a fair job. The one issue is the cable is a bit of a problem as it stretches and needs to be wrapped around the hand 3 to 4 times before it can be pulled to cut. But it reaches branches that were unreachable. It does what it was meant to do. You just have to learn how. Great piece of equipment. Eliminates the risky use of ladders.
Just one issue with the build quality. The plastic guard at the but end gave way 5 minutes into its first foray. I have taped it on with. Gaffer tape.

So far, so good. The 10m is a bit of a handful at full extension with the weight, but an extra pair of hands helps with lifting and positioning. It allowed me to prune off dead branches at the top of a tree, which would otherwise have required a professional.

Works well, 1 star off as bottom hand grip slides up and down and is no use whatsoever, makes pole slippery when it moisture from sweat.

Early days and I was a bit concerned about how stable it would be extended the full 10 metres but exceeds expectations - so much better than my old Fiskas setup

The pruning saw is certainly long but impracticable from a safety aspect when fully extended as there is far too much sway. I would suggest that ideally it could be used with about 50% extension.

The scissors don't work! I tried pruning quite a thin branch (10mm) and they didn't cut through it at all. The rope is too stretchy to provide enough purchase on the blades. I'm going to have to try wire rope that has no stretch. I think the saw will work though. Fingers crossed. Very disappointed.

For the price, the 6 segment - 10m pole saw/pruner is a solid, well-designed, well-made product. Working at the full extension would be a stretch, but even at a shorter height - with each extension set at the second last locking position - it achieves a length of about 8m which compares well with other, much more costly, pole saws.
If the manufacturers develop a fitting which allows a larger blade to be attached to the pole, this product could really shake up the large pole saw market.

I am very disappointed with my purchase and the time it took to have the pole delivered. I ordered the lopper with a ratchet. The one you sent me does not have a ratchet and therefore does not do the job that was stated.
As for the delivery of the pole, I waited days. It was only after I contacted you that the pole arrived. It could not have been on the truck between Melbourne and Brisbane for so long as was stated on the tracking system.
